a pleasant hotel stay
helpful staff quiet room various option
The staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. my room was quiet. I didn't hear other guests. the breakfast had various options. the gym included several cardio machines, such as treadmills and ellipticals, which suited my exercise routine.
the tv remote did not have batteries. i had to ask at reception for replacements.

the hotel is a short distance from the town center, about a 20-minute walk. this provided easy access to local shops and restaurants, though the distance may be long for some. ample car parking is available for those with vehicles.

The hotel has a pool with designated swimming lanes. Though it can get busy at peak times, it's generally well kept. a gym is on site. It includes free weights and several weight machines. the sauna was good.

the beautiful double room had adequate space for luggage and movement. the bed included several pillows and a comfortable mattress. the bathroom had a shower and provided basic toiletries though the water pressure was inconsistent at times!

excellent service, great stay!
lovely staff friendly attitude excellent service comfy room
the staff at the front desk were lovely! i especially appreciated the friendly and cute attitude of the breakfast and housekeeping staff. i found the food and service were first class. i was very grateful for the comfy and modern feel of the room.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. I also found it quiet. the beds are comfy for a good night's sleep. A housekeeper made us laugh every morning, she couldn't be more helpful. the rooms were very clean.

I stayed in a double room. the breakfast buffet included a wide array of options and fresh fruit. the gym featured several cardio machines and free weights. It was very convenient.
The elevator was slightly slow. It occasionally caused minor delays.

really liked my stay
ceiling lighting rain shower soft robes
the reception area struck me, especially saoirse and mary, who greeted me so warmly. i got upgraded to a lovely brand new suite in room 126 by saoirse. the room included ceiling ambience lighting plus a rain showerwith fantastic water pressure. i also found the provided dressing gowns and slippers soft and high in quality.
the hotel gym, while functional, had slightly outdated equipment.

easy check-in smiley receptionist
I appreciated the easy check-in process. The receptionist was very smiley. breakfast service was efficient after ordering. our room was made up daily, a plus.
the spa fell short of expectations! i observed cling film around urinals and a cold, dirty changing room. the sauna was not working well, and the steam room took nearly two hours to reach temperature.

The staff helped us with buggies and even gave us baby wipes, i had forgotten my packet. everyone was very helpful. The receptionist was cute and efficient. She deserves special mention.
